What does vulnerability mean for us as people and as professionals?

Using reflective writing and small group discussions, participants will explore strategies and techniques which they can apply to their own practice.

Learning outcomes:

  1. Extend your repertoire of buffers (strategies) that you can implement
  2. Opportunity to share strategies with colleagues in smaller groups
  3. A deeper understanding of the relationship between vulnerability, boundaries and buffers
