The Data Use and Access Act 2025 updates, but does not replace, GDPR, which has been in force since 2018.

Poppi is our Customer Services and Marketing Executive and our Data protection trainer. She co-presented the online course ‘GDPR As A Freelancer – Are You Compliant?’
She started learning BSL in 2014 and fell in love with it! She’s very interested in other cultures, loves travelling and currently lives in Mexico!
